Publishing a story using a roster

Student rosters can be used to publish stories to your school's Merit page simply by selecting that roster in the achievement publishing workflow.

It's a great way for Sports Information Directors to publish stories about sports teams on campus. 

When you get the the "who is being recognized for this achievement" section click the button that says add roster






Search for the roster in the search box:






Select the appropriate semester to filter students, then click the add students button.







Review the roster that's been added to your story:






When adding rosters, 3 additional columns are automatically added to your spreadsheet: Co-curricular, Position and High School
