Previous Step: Determining Distribution
After determining your achievement's distribution, you're on the final step of publishing an achievement. There can be as many as 4 previews depending on how many distribution channels you have enabled.

On this page you will also find details about what happens after publishing an achievement.
While previewing your achievement you will see Looks Good and Go Back buttons at the top of your screen. If the screen you're previewing looks correct, click Looks Good! to advance to the next step. If you see an error or would like to make a change, click the Go Back button. Doing this will bring you back to the achievement workflow.
Here you'll be presented with a view of the achievement as it will appear on each student's Merit page:
The second preview shows you what the achievement notification emails to parents and students will look like:
If you've chosen to share your achievement on social media, you'll see that preview next. If not, you'll advance to the Press Release Preview:
The last preview shows you how your press release to students' hometown newspapers will appear.
If the achievement meets your approval and all of the placeholders look correct, simply click Publish Now!
After clicking Publish Now, you will be redirected to the Merit Dashboard:
All achievements are reviewed by Merit editors before approval. If we spot an error, we'll put your achievement on hold and contact you with instructions on how to correct it.
If there are no errors, most achievements will be approved within 1-2 business hours. Some larger achievements may take up to 24 hours to complete.
Your engagement reports and dashboard statistics will update overnight each night. Check back in the morning to see the up-to-date numbers.
