Students and parents

All students receive email notifications when an achievement is published to their Merit page. This email will originate from the address you've selected as your "From Address". Click here to learn more about changing this address.

Here's an example of an email sent to a student:

If you include parent emails when publishing an achievement - or added them through an earlier import/story - they will receive email notifications as well. 

Here's an example of an email sent to a parent:

If email notifications are unopened by the recipient, Merit will resend the email after 5 days.
