Once your students have been added to Merit, you can make any necessary changes to their saved data at any time.
You can edit a student's name, hometown, major and other details by going to the Students tab in your account. Use the Search box to locate the student and then click the Edit link on their card:
This will display all of the student's saved data in Merit. You can edit any saved field:
Some changes made here will update the student's Merit page, which displays their name, major, minor, class year, hometown and high school (CEEB code).
You can also edit the student's email addresses and any of their stakeholder (parent) email addresses. Click Save when you're finished making changes:
