Here you will learn how to resend a press release to a media outlet that may have missed the original email.
To get started, locate the story on either the Achievements tab or your Dashboard and click on the story title card:
This will open up the achievement's engagement report. Here you will want to either click on the Media link on the right side of your screen or scroll down to the Media section:
The Media section contains information about all of the various newspapers your achievement was sent to. To locate a paper, use the search box and enter its name. Click View to see the paper's local press release:
This will open a lightbox displaying a copy of the press release sent to that newspaper. Click on the Resend Release link on the right to send them another copy of the press release they missed:
Note: This will resend the original achievement email to this one paper. It will not include any changes you may have made to your achievement after sending it.
