Using a previously written press release as a base or sending it again is easy inside Newsroom. On the Newsroom tab, you'll see a few options below each of your published press releases. There, you'll have the ability to create a copy of any published press release:
Clicking Copy will immediately take you into the press release workflow. The text of your previous release will be automatically inserted throughout the workflow.
Your copied press release headline will automatically begin with "Copy of:" to help differentiate it from the original release. You can make changes wherever necessary:
