You'll see a summary of all your Newsroom press release activity on the Newsroom tab inside your account. After creating a story, your press release can be in one of the following states:
Unpublished - Your press release has not been released yet. It is presently in a draft state inside your account.
In Delivery - Your press release has been released but is still in progress. Depending on the size of the audience you are targeting, a press release may remain in the "In Delivery" state for a few hours.
Delivered - Your press releases have all been sent, and your transmissions are finished. An engagement report for the story is available inside your account.
Web Only - Your press release has been published online but was not sent to the media. Only personal contacts may have been notified.
