Managing News Sources
Media monitoring gives you control over the news outlets appearing in your Mentions Inbox. Click on the Manage link to open up a window displaying all of the news outlets in your Mentions Inbox:
Here, you can search for a news outlet by name, click Disable to omit that outlet from your regular mentions, or Enable to reactivate a media outlet that was previously disabled.
Tags
You can organize the findings in your Mentions Inbox using tags. Your available tags will appear at the top of your screen under the Tags header. Clicking on any tag will display all of its matching mentions.
Note: Every finding will automatically be tagged with the keyword (Merit University) that helped add it to Mentions. All other tags must be manually added to each individual mention.
