Every achievement that you publish can be shared with the principals and guidance counselors at the high schools your students graduated from. They will receive a weekly email digest at the end of each week if any of their alumni were recognized through Merit. These email digests will come from highschools@meritpages.com.

The weekly emails that local principals and guidance counselors receive will prompt them to log into their own personal Merit account and congratulate their alumni. Here's an example of an email sent to a high school:

From inside their Merit accounts, principals and guidance counselors can view and share stories about their alumni. They can also use Merit to send congratulatory messages to students:
Students will receive an email notification if a principal or guidance counselor congratulates them. They can then choose to keep these notices private or share them on their Merit page:
