Newsroom allows you to save an unlimited number of logos and photos inside your Merit account for use in your online press releases.
You can have multiple saved Newsroom logos or photos available inside your Merit account. For example, you can save logos for individual colleges or departments on campus, your athletics teams, or simply college glamour shots.
To add a logo, visit the Images section under the Settings tab inside your account. There you can upload a photo or logo to use when publishing your press releases. Simply click on the Add Photo or Logo button:
Ideally, your logos should be no larger than 400x400 to ensure that the files look good online.
You can click on any uploaded logos or photos on this screen to see more information about them. To rename your image, enter a new name in the Title box and click Save:
Pro Tip: Give your image a name that will help you differentiate it from your other saved Newsroom logos/photos. Only the name will be visible when selecting your image in the press release workflow:
