You can share your Merit report with other individuals at your institution. The recipient of the report does not need to have a Merit account to view these shared reports. To share a report by email, go to the Reports tab inside your account and select a date range for your report:
Then click the Share button on the right side of the screen:
This will pop open a lightbox allowing you to select one or more recipients for your report. Here you will also choose a subject line for your email:
Clicking Share will deliver your report to your recipients. Here's a copy of what the email looks like:
The recipient can click the View Full Report button to see all of the information from the Reports section of your account. They do not need to have a Merit account to see the full report:
