After publishing an achievement, you may occasionally need to make changes to your published stories. This can happen for a variety of reasons. Here are some instructions for making changes to your published student stories:
Add a Student to an Achievement
If a student was accidentally left off one of your sent achievements, follow these instructions for adding them to the existing story.
Remove One Student's Story
If you need to remove one student who was erroneously included in an achievement, follow these instructions for deleting their online story.
Correct One Student's Story
If one student had an error in their story due to bad placeholder data, follow these instructions for updating the text in their online story.
Correct All Student's Stories
If every students' stories contained the same textual error, follow these instructions for updating the text in every persons' story.
Delete A Sent Achievement
If you need to completely delete a previously sent achievement, follow these instructions. Please note that deleting an achievement will affect all students and should only be done in emergencies. Contact the Merit team at help@meritpages.com to discuss other options before deleting your achievement.
